NECK STRETCHES
Neck Stretch ROM
Apply gentel pressure by hand to stretch the neck: right and left side bend, right and left rotation, chin to chest, chin to sky. Hold each stretch for 20 seconds, keeping the chin tucked (except for extension).
Neck Stretch Extension

Combine side bending and extension and hold for 20 seconds.
Neck Stretch Flexsion

Combine flexion, rotation and side bending and hold for 20 seconds.
Chin Retraction


Relax everything into poor posture. Then pull shoulders back and tummy in. Hold for 20 seconds.
Shoulder Shrug


Pull your shoulders up hard and hold for 5 seconds - relax - pull shoulders back and down. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
